| 摘 要： | 首先分析了高等教育国际化背景下制造类企业对毕业生知识结构的要求，介绍引进并应用国外优质教学资源的嫁接方法。针对国外优质教学资源在国内机械工程专业的嫁接工作，提出应用这一方法进行机械工程类专业嫁接改革的四条原则，叙述了按照这些原则实施的国外课程体系和课程内容的嫁接改革工作，并提出三条提升教师教学水平的措施。之后介绍该项教学改革工作在笔者所在学校的嫁接实践的初步成果，并给出解决对策。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the grafting method to apply foreign high-quality educational resources to meet manufacturing enterprises’ requirements for graduates’ knowledge structure under the background of globalized higher education. In the case study of the grafting practice in the mechanical engineering programs of Ningbo University, it provides four principles to practice the grafting method in the successful grafting of foreign curriculum system and contents, and also considers three measures to improve the teaching efficacy. Summarizing the preliminary results in the teaching practice, we discusses the difficulties encountered in the reform, and present the relevant solutions. This research has implications for the internationalized education of export-oriented economic subjects in the coastal higher learning institutions |
