健美操教学中基础差生心理障碍的产生及消除

摘    要:文章通过对基础差生在健美操学习中产生心理障碍因素的分析,进而探讨教师如何利用合理的教学手段,有效消除基础差生的心理障碍,做到育体、育心相结合。并指出营造良好的教学氛围,正面诱导和鼓励相结合;合理安排教学内容,选择适宜的练习手段;注重讲解示范质量;正确运用保护帮助;创造学生成功机会等是克服基础差生心理障碍的有效措施。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of psychological barriers generated by underachievers in aerobics teaching,this paper discusses how to use reasonable teaching means for a teacher to effectively eliminate underachievers' psychological barriers,and combine physical education and moral education together.It points out that the effective measures for overcoming underachievers' psychological barriers include: creating a good teaching atmosphere,combining positive inducement with encourage,reasonably arranging teaching content and selecting appropriate training means,emphasizing the quality of instruction and demonstration,correctly using protection and help,and creating success opportunities for students.
