| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,是当前高校必须予以重视的一项系统工程。面对构建和谐校园对高校学生工作者提出的新要求,高校学生工作者必须使自己具备崇高的职业理想、合理的知识结构和科学的工作观念等基本素质,并努力实现由权威型的灌输者转向对话型的引导者、由限制型的神秘者转向开放型的沟通者和由被动适应的高耗型转向主动出击的高效型等角色转换。

| Abstract: | Harmonious campus is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society,a systematic project worth college’s attention.Facing the new requirements of building a harmonious campus,college student workers must equip themselves with basic qualities,such as lofty professional ideal,reasonable knowledge structure and the basic scientific concept,to achieve the role transformation from authority indoctrination to dialogue-based guide,from the restrictive mysterious person to open communicator,from the passive high consumption to active efficient roles. |
