| 摘 要： | 腐败成本小于腐败收益、腐败现象的冲击、权力监督虚弱等原因造成了高校腐败现象的滋生和蔓延。应建立科学的管理体制、监督机制，坚持党纪约束与制度约束相结合，严惩腐败分子以减少腐败现象发生。

| Abstract: | The greater benefit of corruption than its loss, the impact of the corruptive phenomena and the weakness of supervision from authorities are the causes and spread of corruption in colleges and universities. To severely punish the corrupt officials and eliminate corruptive practices, not only should scientific management systems and supervision mechanisms be established, but also sanctions from the Party discipline and from systems should be closely combined together. |
