| 摘 要： | “共建”性地方高校是指原由国家相关部委管理，后改为由中央与地方共建、以地方管理为主的院校。此类地方高校学科发展水平参差不齐，它们在我国高校中占有很大的比例，其学科水平的提高有利于我国高校整体水平的提升。这些地方高校要想取得长足发展，必须随着办学体制的转变进行学科发展的科学定位，一方面要立足地方经济，加强应用研究；另一方面要依托行业，办出特色。同时，在学科建设管理模式上应选择矩阵型组织结构，以打破行政壁垒，强化学术权力。

| Abstract: | Cooperate colleges refer to the colleges used to be administrated by related national ministries, and then built and managed by local authorities. This kind of colleges takes up great proportion and has unbalanced development level. The paper points out the related problems and puts forward some suggestions. |
