| 摘 要： | 学生管理是关系到高校能否稳定运行的基础性工作。新形势下，高校学生管理体制创新势在必行。古代书院对我国的教育发展和学生培养有重要影响，文章从我国部分高校推行书院制这一现象出发，深入分析其存在的原因与意义，以期对我国高校学生管理体制改革提供可资借鉴之处。
