| 摘 要： | 体育教学是实现学校体育目的和任务的基本途径,其实施过程及其效果与多种因素相关。根据系统原理,通过对体育教学及其过程的认识和理解,客观地分析并确定其基本构成因素,掌握它们的性质和职能,促进其同步发展与优化组合,才能从根本上增强体育教学过程的整体效应,提高实现体育教学目标的速度和水准。

| Abstract: | P.E.teaching is the essential way of realizing the goal and duty of the school P.E.its implementation process and its effect are related to many kinds of factors.According to P.E.principle,through understanding the PE teaching and its process,this paper objectively analyzes and determines its basic constitution factors,grasps their natures and the functions,promotes its synchronized development and the optimum composition.then the overall effects of PE teaching process are to be strengthened fundamentally and the speed and the standard of realizing PE teaching goal will be enhanced. |
