| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes the status of the information resources management and the problems existing in managing information resources.In light of these problems,this thesis propose the capacity needs of the Information Resources Management innovative talents and build a new information resource management innovative talents training mode to adapt to the information age society organizations on the new information resources management personnel requirements. |
