| 摘 要： | 社会法治是与传统的国家法治有所不同的新型法治，法治社会化具有整合社会的重要作用，在相当程度上统摄并涵盖了市民社会的私人自治领域和政治国家的公域。在改革开放进程中，中国亦开始把法治精神、法治原则应用于社会自治、社会管理等社会活动领域，着力创新法治，促进法治社会化，建设新型的社会法治，并取得明显成效。30年的实践证明：法治社会化是依法治国的本质特征，是社会发展的必然趋势，也是法治的最终归宿。
