| 摘 要： | 论述了实验室与创新的关系,两者密不可分,没有实验的积累,就谈不上创新。实验室的硬件、软件都很重要,软件的建设更重要。创新人才的培养重在过程,重在能力。最后提出实验室要营造自己的文化,科研工作者不是追星族,科研的真谛就是要创新。

| Abstract: | The paper expounded the relationship between laboratory and innovation,both of which can't be separated.The stepwise accumulation of the experimental results and expertise in laboratory was regarded as the prerequisite for innovation.Both hardware and soft environment of laboratory are important,but the later is often considered to be more crucial.Training innovation talents should put focus on the process and ability.At last,the paper put forward that the laboratory should build up its own creative culture,the researchers should not be the fans,and the essence of scientific research is innovation. |
