| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入和人们生活习惯以及思想文化观念的改变，汉语真正进入了一个新词新义迅猛增长的新时代。而语文规范、语文教育和词典编纂要与时俱进，随时注意新词的产生和新义的形成以及词义变化的动向，顺应词汇发展的客观需求，研究新词新义产生演变的规律，采取正确引导的措施和方法，使新词新义真着规范化和科学化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | Chinese language has been facing a new historical period in which new words and their meanings has greatly increased with the changes of people's life custom,cultural sense and idea etc, since the policy of the reform and the opening to the world has been carried out. We must pay attention to the occurence and the changes tendency of the meanings of the words timely;meet their objective need; research their evolutional principles; adopt the correct measure and method,and guid the development direction of the new words and their meanings regularly and scientifically. |
