| 摘 要： | 从近年的毕业生反馈情况看,普遍认为非智力因素对于大学生能否在求职浪潮中脱颖而出成功就业影响较大。在当前就业形势十分严峻的情况下,高校应在就业指导中融入大学生非智力因素培养,帮助教育大学生树立正确就业观念,以提高就业指导实效性,增强大学生就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | From the graduate feedback in recent years,non-intelligence factors have been generally thought of as great impact on how college students successfully find jobs in the hot competition of employment.This article discusses how to strengthen the training of non-intelligence for college students under the severe situation at present so as to help them have the better understanding of employment,improve the actual effect of employment guidance and enhance college students' employability and competitiveness. |
