| 摘 要： | 职业教育校企合作中需要处理企业文化和职业院校文化的关系,两者源自社会发展过程中企业和学校的分化与发展.企业文化和院校文化之间存在冲突、互补、渗透和融合四种关系,两者之间的冲突妨碍了学生、教师以及职业教育的发展.校企合作需要整体设计,从观念、制度和行为多层面综合推进两种文化的有机融合.
