| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是当今世界面临的共同课题,人的可持续发展在于教育,教育的社会职能要通过教师来实现。随着社会的进步和发展,高校体育教师继续教育问题和可持续发展问题成为时代的需要。本文通过问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法就湖南省高校体育教师继续教育和可持续发展问题进行深入系统的研究和探讨,为更好地发展我省高校体育教育、加快师资队伍建设及适应时代发展的需求,探讨切实可行的方法和思路。

| Abstract: | Continuous development is a common subject in our world.Human's continuous development lies on education,and education's social function needs to be performed by teachers.Corresponding to society's improvement and development,it is increasingly urgent that teachers in High Schools need successive education and continuous development.In this article,questionnaire,interview and statistical method are used to make a deep study and strategic research on successive education and continuous development of teachers in High Schools.To meet the needs of the requirements of developments of sports education and teachers' team building,practical ways for continuous development are put forward in this paper. |
