| 摘 要： | 通过调查和了解得知，不少的篮球裁判员都是篮球运动员出身，他们不仅掌握篮球技术、战术，了解篮球运动的发展规律，而且掌握篮球规则、裁判法的知识，他们反应好，有体力，有一定的临场经验。但为什么在临场时总是吹不出高水平?究竟是什么原因影响和阻碍这些裁判员向更高的水平发展呢?一句话，心理素质是影响和阻碍他们裁判水平提高的主要原因。下面结合裁判工作，谈一谈篮球裁判员应具备的主要心理素质。

| Abstract: | Pass the inquisition with understand to know, not a few basketballs umpire are all development regulation that basketball athlete a body that knowledge,they not only control the basketball technique,military tactics,understand the basketball sport,and control the basketball rule and judge the method,they respond to like,having the physical strength, having to face an experience certainly. But why while facing field always could not blow the high level? Is the reason why to affect actually with obstruct these umpires face higher leveldevelopment?A words, the mental state character is a main reason to affect with baffling they judge level increases. Below combinative assize work,talk the main mental state character that basketball umpire should have. |
