| 摘 要： | 我国农村法治化的进程中存在着诸多制约因素,如农民法律意识淡薄、村民自治问题、农村和农业法律体系不健全、执法和监督力度不够等。在对这些问题分析的基础上,提出了深入普法、健全农村法律制度、加强农村执法等对策,以期推进我国的农村法治化建设。

| Abstract: | There are many factors affecting this process of monocracy in Chinese countryside, for example, the flimsy legal awareness of the peasantry, the autonomy of the country, the morbidity of the law system, the bad executing and supervising of the law and so on. The thesis brings forward many countermeasures to advance the building of the law in our countryside, which are promulgating law, perfecting law, strengthening the executing of the law and so forth. |
