| 摘 要： | 针对某办公楼的墙体裂缝，从墙体变形、载荷变化和施工操作等方面进行了原因探析，认为材料干缩是导致裂缝的主要原因，而钢矿渣膨胀的突发性特征，也是导致裂缝产生的原因。据此采用了相关对策，取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | An investigation was made of the causes of wall proper cracking in an office building in terms of wall deformation,load change and construction. Material shrinkage was found to be the main cause. Unexpected expansion of steel slag was another. Countermeasures were taken. |
