| 摘 要： | 揭示了改革开放时期县级图书馆出现的几个“对称性破缺”，即经济和人头的对称性破缺，地点和读者的对称性破缺，书种和读者的对称性破缺，论述了县级图书馆在新时期的根本出路是充当科技兴农的主力军，在科技兴农的服务活动中发展壮大自己。
