| Abstract: | With the background of low-carbon economy, this paper briefly reviews the smart power utilization concept and the functions of the smart power utilization system. The author focuses on the low-carbon benefits mechanism of smart power utilization, and affirms the importance of smart power utilization to the low-carbonization processs. |
