| 摘 要： | 企业文化是企业的灵魂,是企业经营活动的行为准则。企业家精神在企业文化中具有无法替代的核心作用。企业家精神的核心是创新精神。企业家精神和企业文化之间存在着一种积极的互动关系。企业家精神是企业家在长期经营管理活动中形成的思想、品格、作风、价值观、文化修养等个人素质的综合结晶,体现了企业家对本企业发展的理想和抱负。企业家精神决定着企业文化建设的个性和方向。

| Abstract: | Corporate culture,which plays a non-substitutable role in the operation and development in the enterprise,is the soul of the enterprise,the leader of the enterprise operation,the regulation which regulates the enterprise.Entrepreneurship,the core of which is innovation,has a positive interactive relationship with corporate culture.Entrepreneurship is crystallization of the ideas,character,style,value,culture,which entrepreneur formed in the long term operation and management.Entrepreneurship embodies the entrepreneurs' idea of the enterprise development,and determines the character and orientation of the construction of corporate culture. |
