| 摘 要： | 由于美国在政治体制上实现地方分权，所以，高等教育也实行各州分权的管理体制。随着地方分权制弊端的出现，二战以来，美国对其高等管理体制进行改革，主要是联邦政府通过立法、拨款、监督等手段加强宏观管理。本文指出我国高等教育管理体制的现状以及存在的问题，通过借鉴美国的经验，以期对我国的高等教育管理体制改革带来启示。

| Abstract: | Because the US realizes the decentralization in the political system, therefore, the higher education also implements various states decentralization the management system. With the decentralization of local defects in the emergence of the Second World War, the US carries on the reform to its higher management system, mainly through legislation, funding, monitoring and other means to stlengthen the inaero-management. This article points out that the management system of China＇s higher education status, as well as problems by drawing on the experience of the United States, brings the enlightenment to our country＇s higher education management system reform.. |
