| 摘 要： | 本文将地区间劳动力的差异从价格、数量、质量和异质性四个维度纳入统一的研究框架,特别是用数量、质量和异质性三个维度揭示地区内部的结构特征,构建了一个基于劳动力的FDI区位选择模型,并对2009年我国的分省数据进行了实证研究,发现劳动力对FDI的影响主要是通过减少地区内部的劳动力异质性的途径产生的,地区内劳动力的异质性与FDI呈显著的负相关;而劳动力数量的增加和质量的提高则有利于缩小劳动力的异质性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces four dimensionsc(labor price,quantity,quality and heterogeneity) to measure the inter-regional labor disparity into an unified research framework,especially using quantity,quality and heterogeneity to reveal the workforce structure within a certain region.This paper establishes a labor-based FDI location choice model.Taking an empirical study on Chinese provincial-level data of 2009,this paper concludes that labor heterogeneity has a significant negative impact on FDI,which is the main way for regional labor influencing FDI;The quantity increase and the quality improvement of the workforce help to narrow the heterogeneity. |
