| 摘 要： | 长期以来阿勒泰地区丰富的雪资源由于交通、经济、社会、观念等因素制约没有进行规模的现代开发。2006年《阿勒泰宣言》宣布中国新疆阿勒泰是世界滑雪最早起源地,这为今后阿勒泰地区冰雪运动的普及、生态旅游业的可持续发展带来了新的机遇。从政策导向、自然、人文、传统民族文化和冰雪赛事资源等优势以及冰雪文化的传承、旅游市场的开发和国际化接轨等方面进行了论述,充分肯定阿勒泰发展冰雪运动和生态旅游既发扬了地区的传统文化,又具有非常广阔的前景。

| Abstract: | For a long time,the abundant snow resources of Altay region is far away from the scale of modern development due to the restricted factors such as traffic,economy,society and ideas.In 2006, declares that Chinese Altay is the earliest origin of world skiing,which brings a new opportunity for the future sustainable development of ice-snow sports and eco-tourism in the region.The paper discusses the advantages of policy direction,nature,humanities,traditional national culture,ice-snow sports competition resources and ice-snow cultural heritage,the development and internationalization of tourist market.It highly affirms that developing the ice-snow sports and eco-tourism in Altay region can not only promote the local traditional culture,but also have a broad prospect. |
