| Abstract: | In Germany, the state of Bremen is one of the earliest cities to establish and develop inclusive education. By now an integral system of inclusive preschool education from theory to practice has been set up there. In this paper a brief introduction of inclusive preschool education in Bremen is provided including the concept, theory, policy, service model, assessment, and the curriculum etc.. |
