国外教师效能感研究30年:回顾和展望

摘    要:国外教师效能感的研究已经有近30年的发展历史,有两种理论支配着它的研究历程:一是罗特的社会学习理论,尤其是其控制点概念;二是班杜拉的社会认知理论,尤其是其自我效能感和结果预期的概念.近30年来的研究虽然取得许多富有价值的发现,但研究者也为一些共同的难题所困惑.这些难题也昭示了将来的研究方向.

Abstract:The West has been researching teacher efficacy for almost thirty years. The existing research is based on Rotter's social learning theory, and Bandura's social cognitive theory. Although nearly every study produced compelling findings, the researchers have plagued into some common problems, such as how to clearly define the concept of teacher efficacy; how to enhance the validity and reliability of measurement; what structure best illustrates the concept of teacher efficacy; how to develop and change teacher efficacy; how to illustrate the relationship between teacher individual efficacy and collective efficacy. These unresolved issues indicate the future direction of teacher efficacy research.
