| 摘 要： | 高职院校校内实训基地建设的实质是基于行动体系理论,按照高职教学原则,来建构用于培养高端技能型人才的教学情境。行动体系表明学生必须是教育教学和学习过程的中心,因而,以学生为中心也就成为校内实训基地建设的出发点和落脚点。通过3年的国家示范性高职院校建设,广东轻工职业技术学院在以下8个方面进行了有意义的探索:体现工作过程、注重哲学思考、优化教学情境、强化能力培养、规范建设流程、加强资源整合、促进社会服务、探索国际合作,并成功建立了4种主要实训基地模式:教学工厂、教学公司、创意工场、综合中心,从理论和实践上为高职院校的校内实训基地建设提供了一定的指导和示范作用。

| Abstract: | According to vocational teaching principles and action-system theory,the essence of building higher vocational college practice bases is to construct a teaching environment for the development of high-skilled personnel.Action system tells us that students should be the center of teaching and learning process,thus,"student-centered" must be the starting and ending point of construction of school training bases.During the construction of the national demonstration vocational colleges,Guangdong Industry Technical College has meaningful explored the following eight aspects:reflecting the work process,focusing on philosophical reflection,optimizing teaching situation,strengthening competence-development,standardizing construction process,reinforcing integration of resources,promoting social services and exploring into international cooperation,and successfully established four main training base modes such as teaching factory,teaching company,creative workshops,and comprehensive center.From theory and practice,it provided some guidance and played an exemplary role for the construction of practice training bases for higher vocational colleges. |
