| 摘 要： | 清代新疆移民屯田,稳定和加强了清朝对新疆的军府制统治;开发了天山北路大片土地;有利于新疆的经济发展、社会进步和祖国统一.但有一些历史教训值得吸取一是重北轻南的经营方针使南疆动乱叠起;二是北路经营不平衡给沙俄入侵造成可趁之机;三是兵屯对边军战斗力造成负面影响.
