| 摘 要： | 亚里士多德对普遍正义与特殊正义的划分,包含有丰厚的思想意蕴,涉及到正义理论的若干重要问题。首先涉及的是广义的正义与狭义的正义之区分,其次是宏观上的正义与微观上的正义之区分,再次是关于义务的正义与关于权利的正义之区分。
