师范院校实施素养教育的若干思考

摘    要:学高为师,身正为范,“师范”二字承栽了社会大众对教师素养的要求和厚望,也对师范院校的人才培养提出了更高的标准和要求。目前,我国师范院校素养教育存在着素养教育意识不强、课程设置不健全、教学方法不科学、考评方式不合理、师资队伍不过硬等问题。应通过树立素养教育理念、加强教师队伍建设、优化课程教材设计、创新教学实施方法、健全素养考评体系、强化校园文化建设等措施提高素养教育的效果。

Abstract:Great learning makes a teacher and moral integrity makes a model. The word "normal" bears the requirments and great expectations for teachers' quality from social mass, and at the same time, makes higher standards and requests for personnel training in normal colleges. Nowadays, there are many problems of quality education in normal colleges, including weak consciousness, imperfect curriculum provision, unscientific teaching method, unreasonable evaluation way, incompetent teaching staff, and so on. We should improve the effects of quality education by ways of establishing the concept of quality education, enhancing the construction of teaching staff, optimalizing the design of curriculum material, innovating the way of teaching practice, perfecting the system of evaluation and strenthening the construction of campus culture.
