| 摘 要： | 中国是一个多民族的国家，民族问题在中国革命和建设中占有相当重要的位置。大学作为国家教育的核心场所，更应当高度重视对少数民族大学生这一群体的多元化培养与引导。本文基于少数民族大学生在思想认知、行为和生活等方面的特殊性，采用问卷调查的形式，进一步了解其问题存在的根源，并提出了相关解决对策，以强化少数民族大学生的学风修养、自我管理和思想进步。

| Abstract: | Since China is a multi-ethnic country, the issue concerning the ethnic minorities holds a rather sig- nificant position in the reform and the construction in China. The university as the centre of the national education should pay high attention to the diversity training and guidance of the minority college students which are vulnerable groups. Because of the particularity of the minority college students in thought, conduct and psychology, this article uses the form of questionnaire survey to know more about the root of the ideological problems of the minority college students, and put forward some related countermeasures to strengthen the style of study, self-management and the progress of thought of the minority college students. |
