| Abstract: | Lower-developed educational condition and unsubstantial infrast-ructure are major two significant factors which restrict all along the development of minority region. So developing minority regional education will contribute to improving the population quality, the regional economic and cultural development as well as ethnic solidarity. This article is based on the the study of west-Hunan province's successful educational expriences in the period of Sino-Japanese War(1937-1945), exploring its flourishing reason. And I think it will bring us great enlightenment on dealing with the behindhand educational problems in minority region. |
