| 摘 要： | 论述了网络环境下高校图书馆信息资源建设和信息服务的发展趋势,提出了网络环境下图书馆信息资源建设措施与信息服务模式,着重探讨了高校图书馆组织结构、工作重点、馆藏结构、服务模式的调整和转变,加强电子信息资源的建设,提高图书馆员的业务素质,从而适应社会的发展和需求.
