| Abstract: | The policy of land revolution, which was promu lg ated in the period of the land revolution war, had experrenced almost two years adjustment and supplement. The characteristics of these policies can be summariz ed as follows: mostly according to Soviet Experrence; discuss in public and make policy democratically;the basic way is research and study; the main criterion i s for oublic doods. |
