| 摘 要： | 知识型员工工作满意度是用人单位运行状况的指示器。在调查分析的基础上，确定知识型员工满意度的评价指标体系，采用德尔菲法确定其权重，利用模糊综合评判评价知识型员工的满意度，进而建立以人为本，高满意度的人本管理模式。

| Abstract: | Job satisfaction of knowledge employees is an indicator of how a businesses manage their employers.On the basis of investigating and analysing,we determine the evaluation index system of job satisfaction of knowledge employees,determining the weight through the Delphi method and rating the satisfaction of knowledge employees through fuzzy evaluation,thus building a people-orented,high-satisfaction management model. |
