摘    要:以南通中小旅行社为研究样本,分析了旅行社缺乏核心竞争力的现状及成因,提出中小旅行社在同质化竞争中,必须加强大规模市场创新能力建设,优化企业供应链,破解个性化需求与规模化经营之间的矛盾,最终提升植根于企业资源的主营能力,实现差异化发展。
