| 摘 要： | 以人为本在教学中就是以学生为本。外语教师的职责不但是培养学生的语言技能和语言能力，更重要的是要培养学生的学习兴趣及学习外语的融合型动机，使他们最大限度地发挥其主观能动性和积极性。要在教学中真正做到以人为本，就要培养学生的外语学习兴趣与学习动机以提高学生自主学习能力，达到全面发展的教育培养目标。
