| 摘 要： | 民初的师范教育存在诸多不完善之处,尤其是中等师范教育中的幼稚师范教育、乡村师范教育,几乎可以说是一片空白,而中等师范学校的独立与否也存在着诸多争议。这些问题在民国教育创建过程中引起了广大教育界人士的关注,其中,受过先进教育的留学生们,在发现这些问题并探索和解决这些问题的道路上做出了重要贡献。
