| 摘 要： | 在文化的浩瀚星海中,假发只是其中不显眼的一颗。但假发却以自己独特的魅力吸引着人们不断对其进行探索。同平时用于装饰性的假发不同,文中涉及的假发为西方司法行业的传统服饰的一部分。此论文将从假发的历史、发展演化,及其所体现出的司法体系现代化进程等方面加以论述,旨在帮助读者对假发蕴含的丰富司法文化加以了解。

| Abstract: | In the vast and starry sky of culture,wig is just one of those insignificant little stars,however,it shines with its own unique light and attracts people’s continuous study.Differing from the wigs used for decorating,the wig referred to in this paper is a part of the western traditional costume on court.This paper,aiming at helping people have a better comprehension of wig,includes the history of wig,the de velopment of wig,the process of the modernization of judicial system indicated by it,and different attitudes towards the retention of wig in the court in it. |
