| Abstract: | The training model of high-level commercial talents in ethnic regions should be transformed from training specialized professional talents to training talents of comprehensive qualities,from passively passing knowledge to innovating knowledge,from closed educational concepts to open educational concepts.The specific measures of the training model should include;: implementing modern educational concepts,innovating training concepts,giving priority to practical value,realizing application orientation,clarifying development direction,serving local economy,optimizing curriculum structure,reforming teaching contents,summarizing running school characteristics and displaying unique advantages. |
