| 摘 要： | 作为后发展沿海城市的钦州,在构建社会主义和谐社会进程中,必须以科学发展观总揽经济社会发展全局,以加快发展为主题,以大力推进大港口、大工业、大旅游建设为目标,为构建和谐钦州夯实物质基础,协调推进社会各项事业的发展,形成富裕文明和谐的新钦州,实现经济社会全面协调可持续发展和人的全面发展.

| Abstract: | Qinzhou,as a coastal post-developing city,should take the overall consideration into the economic and social development along the scientific concept of development in the course of constructing the socialist harmonious society,while it should revolve around the theme of quickening development,take the developing goals of enforcing Qinzhou's "Big Port,Big Industry and Big Tourism" to empower the material fundaments,to balance the development of all fields and to shape a well-off,polite and harmonious Qinzhou for the reality of the economic and social harmonious and sustainable development and human's all-around development. |
