| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors have discussed four aspects about professional development of general physics teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.The four aspects include: ① to construct advanced educational views;② to change teachers′ traditional roles and improve their teaching quality and capability;③ to attach importance to research and social practice simultaneously and to prepare teachers′ innovative ability;④ to construct renewal mechanism of professional knowledge. |
