| 摘 要： | 根据梯度转移理论,不同国家或地区间存在着高梯度产业地区和低梯度产业地区,高梯度地区的产业会自发地向低梯度地区转移.而对我国东西部整体经济和各项经济要素进行分析后,发现东西部地区经济差距不仅没有缩小,而且东部经济极化效应愈加明显,东部的低梯度产业向西部转移的力度很小,相反西部地区资本、自然资源和廉价的劳动力等要素加速向东部地区集中,进一步减缓了东部传统产业的成本压力,使其竞争优势得以继续保持,延长了东部低梯度产业的生命周期,同时延缓了西部经济发展的步伐,造成东西部差距进一步扩大.

| Abstract: | According to gradient transfer theory,there are areas of higher gradient industries and lower gradient industries in different countries or different regions,and the industries will spontaneously transfer from higher gradient regions to lower gradient regions.However,after analyzing the whole economy and some economic key factors between the eastern region and the western region in our country,it is found that the economic gap between these two regions are not narrowing but widening,moreover,the polar effect of the eastern region is increasingly obvious.The degree of transferring the lower gradient industries from the eastern region to the western region is tiny,on the contrary,the capital,natural resources and cheap labor force in the western region are acceleratively centralized in the eastern region,which reduce the burden of the traditional industries in the eastern region,make their competitive advantage still exist,and prolong the life cycle of the lower gradient industries of the eastern region,meaning while,which defers the development steps of the western region,all these factors will inevitably widen the development gap between the eastern region and the western region. |
