| 摘 要： | 大香格里拉地区丰富而高品质的旅游资源和强劲的市场感召效应,使之具有良好的旅游发展前景。但作为一个区域整体进行旅游开发,不得不考虑其优势的整合与劣势的限定。从区域的整体性视角全面分析资源和市场,确定其开发的指导思想,并提出战略思路,明确开发的目标和驱动机制,探讨旅游开发中应注意的问题,不仅是现实旅游开发中科学决策的客观要求,也是科学发展观在该区域旅游发展中的理论实践。

| Abstract: | With high quality tourist resources and strong influence of market,Shangri-la has a good prospect on tourism development undoubtedly.However,when Shangri-la is exploited as a whole region,researchers have to consider the conformity of its advantages and limitation of disadvantages.Therefore,we should firstly analyze resources and market thoroughly from a view of whole region and then confirm guiding principle of exploitation.Next,strategy thought is proposed and the objective and driving mechanism of exploitation are ascertained.Finally,researchers should discuss the problems in the process of tourism exploitation.What researchers did is not only the requirement of scientific decision-making during tourism exploitation but also theoretical practice of ideas on scientific development in the development of tourism in this region. |
