儒家伦理的精英定位

摘    要:儒家伦理有十分确定的适用性,它的主体定位是一种精英定位,即是古代社会中"士"以上阶层,或士大夫阶层,早期儒家创始性人物又将其叫做"君子"。这样一种伦理主要是关于如何培养与实现理想人格的,它在入门问题上持道义原则;在升华问题上持理想原则;在表现问题上持至善原则;在落实问题上持自律原则。

Abstract:Confucian ethics has its definite adaptability or suitability. Its orientation of moral subject is towards the elitists, who belong to the group that is above the one of " Shi" , or the class of scholar - bureaucrats in ancient society. They are referred to as "men of honor" by the founders of early Confucianism. Such ethics is mainly concerned with how to cultivate and realize ideal personality. It follows the principle of justice as to the problem of rudiment; it adheres to the principle of idealism as to the problem of sublimation; it acts upon the principle of noble kindness in terms of behavior; it complies with the principle of self-discipline in the course of practice.
