| 摘 要： | 为了培养跨世纪的人才，迎接未来知识经济的挑战，中共中央、国务院最近作出了《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》，为我国的高教改革和发展指明了方向。作为高校的教师如何适应未来社会经济发展的需要，培养高素质的合格人才，是我们必须首先思考的问题。
