| 摘 要： | 知识创新不同于知识创造，属于实践活动。知识创新的实现是知识的实践转化过程。知识创新的实现特征是对象化、创造性与社会化；实现条件是创新的系统知识，创新系统的创新与创新的环境支持；实现模式主要有引进创新与自主创新，组合创新与开发创新，需求驱动与供给驱动，管理式与自组织式；实现环节的历时态分析是创新资源的集成，创新要素的合成与创新成果的生成，共时态特征是知识创造发生于各个阶段，信息反馈调节着各个环节的活动与减少不确定性是不断趋近的目标。

| Abstract: | The innovation of knowledge is different from the creation of knowledge, for the former is a kind of practical activity. To realize the innovation of knowledge is to carry out the shift from knowlege to practice. The features of the innovation of knowledge show as its objectiveness, creativeness and socialization. Also the auther in his paper deals with some aspects concerned with the subject such as its conditions, pattens and links as well. |
