摘    要:目的:探讨通信微波对生物运动能力的影响效应。方法:将小鼠暴露于通信微波(波长8毫米,频率35.6GHz,平均功率密度7.4—29.4mW/cm2),比较观察小鼠游泳耐力、血液中白细胞凋亡率及小鼠血乳酸、血红蛋白含量及血浆中SOD水平的变化。结果:经微波连续暴露后,小鼠游泳时间较对照组有缩短的趋势,达到显著性差异,SDH、LDH活性下降。运动后小鼠血乳酸比对照组显著增加。结论:通信微波可以通过多种途径影响生物的运动能力。

Abstract:Motive:To approach the telecommunication microwave's effect on the motion ability of the living beings.Method: To expose the mouse in the telecommunication microwave(the wavelength of 8mm,frequency of 35.6GHz,average power density of 7.4 - 29.4mW/cm2 ), and comparatively observe the mouse's swimming stamina,the mortality of the leucocyte in its blood,the content of HL and Hb,as well as the change of the SOD level in its blood. Result: After the continuous exposure of HL in the telecommunication microwave, the mouse tends to swim shorter and shorter time compared with the example data, till resulting in notable difference,and its blood lactate distinctly increases after motion,compared with the example data.The activity of the SOD and LDH drops. Conclusion telecommunication microwave can effect the motion ability of the living beings by different way.
