| 摘 要： | 法律诊所教育是当今世界法学教育的一种趋势。我国普通法律高等院校在教学过程中,不同程度引进了法律诊所教育,但高等法律职业教育对此教育模式却鲜有研究。事实上我国高等法律职业教育在1999年开始步入发展阶段,在发展过程中,因社会认识、国家政策、办学经验等各方面的原因,高等法律职业教育当前面临着困难和挑战。本文在介绍法律诊所教育模式的基础上,分析了我国高等法律职业教育的现状,提出法律诊所教育模式作为一种实践教学模式,恰好弥补了我国高职法律教育的不足。积极引入法律诊所教育能够促进高职法律教育的发展。

| Abstract: | the legal clinic education is the trend of current world Law Education.In the course of teaching,the legal clinic education has been introduced in our country's Law Institutions of Higher Education in a different degree,while hardly introduced in higher law vocational education.Actually,China's higher law vocational education didn't start until in 1999.In the development of legal education,higher law vocational education is now facing difficulties and challenges because of various reasons such as social cognition,state policies and school-running experience.On the basis of the introduction of the legal clinic education model,this paper analyses the present situation of higher law vocational education,pointing out that as a practical education mode,the legal clinic education compensates deformity in higher vocational law education in china and that the active introduction of legal clinic education can promote the development of higher vocational legal education. |
