课堂学习共同体的理论建构及特征研究

摘    要:课堂学习共同体是信息化社会下课堂文化生态环境与学习组织形态.共同体理论是课堂学习共同体建构的本质属性,学习型组织理论则是课堂学习共同体建构的专业属性.在此理论基础上,提出课堂学习共同体的四个特征:异质性——基于学习主体的角度;民主性——基于课堂环境的角度;合作性——基于教学方式的角度;规范性——基于课堂学习型组织的角度.

Abstract:Classroom learning community ,in line with education reform against the backdrop of present information society ,is classroom ecology and an organization for learning .Based on interaction between community theory and learning organization theory , this paper is meant to build theoretical framework for classroom learning community , among which community theory is the essence while learning organization theory is the practice . And four features of classroom learning community have been put forward , namely heterogeneity in learning subject , democracy in the classroom atmosphere , cooperativeness in teaching method and formalization in classroom learning organization .
