| Abstract: | The author of the paper analyses the internal and external factors on training the creative person and point out the importance of the training and management of human resources.She also suggests that the model of University management should be reformed in the neducational thoughts,the model of teaching administration system and the style of university organization,teaching and scientific research and so on.Only all should be done quickly,it can train the more creative persons to meet the needs of the modern society. |
